Do you ship orders?
Currently, we offer local pickup only in Duluth, MN. We’re exploring shipping with dry ice in the future.
How is the meat packaged?
All cuts are vacuum-sealed and frozen, labeled by cut. This ensures freshness and long freezer life.
How are your bison raised?
Our bison are raised on open pasture with no growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We practice low-stress handling and prioritize the animals’ welfare and natural diet.
